Join us for Walk and Talk for Wellbeing, which takes place every Friday morning. We meet at 9:50am and set off at 10am.
Our starting point is outside The Boat House, Boulter’s Lock near the small brick wall and there is always an option for tea or coffee at the end of the walk!
We head over the Taplow Bridge, down towards Hall and Woodhouse and past Roux at Skindles, where we typically do a circular walk over the Maidenhead Bridge and along the riverside back towards Boulter’s Lock. We can mix up the route and distance to suit you – whether you want a steady stroll and a natter along the way, or a brisk walk. Anyone is welcome – all ages and the route is buggy friendly.
We aim to create a welcoming and inclusive environment for everyone, regardless of fitness level or walking experience. So, put on your walking shoes, and let’s explore together!
Sign up (it’s free) so we know to expect you then wear suitable clothing for the day and let’s see who turns up!
